Diana Le Dean's weight loss counseling is designed around your individual needs to achieve the sustainable results. You will work one-on-one with Diana via Skype or Phone from the comfort of your own home or office. Diana will design a diet and exercise regime tailored to your personal goals. Each session will build a foundation for long-term weight loss goals and will deliver the results you deserve.


"I’ll work to design the diet and exercise regimen that will help you attain your training and weight loss goals. If you don’t know where to start, I’ll show you how. We’ll talk about your likes and dislikes and I’ll pinpoint potential trouble spots. We can work for one session or as many as you need to lose weight or just feel better being you. I conduct consultations in person, by phone and/or  by Skype."
